Move a few items from California to Maryland
1. Hidden Fees: $372 above quote at pick up and additional $500 to unload at destination. This $872 total was in addition to the $2230 moving fee
2. Missing item and damaged item: They offered 48.60 dollars for missing item but only if i sign a document which said that I cannot legally give them a bad review. I declined.
3. Furniture was loose. Not put together properly at drop off. Bed frame was assembled incorrectly. I had to personally re-do it all.
4. Bad communication: I talked to at least 3 to 5 different people over the phone during the course of moving not including the two drivers who picked up and dropped off. Each promised to call back but I had to callback myself to ask for updates.
5. Kitchen items were dented.

Unfortunately, I can’t give 0 star to this horrible business…
Stay away from Pricing Van Lines. They’re a kind of scam. Watch out the broker Freddy in Florida. He’ll tell you that you have 12-13 medium boxes for your move on the phone and he’ll say it will be delivered in 10-15 days but none of them is true. He will send a written agreement that says 10 boxes (it will be definitely less than what he says on the phone) and there will be many missing items on the written agreement that he promises on the phone. He also doesn’t care about your moving process because his written agreement protects him 100% after pick up. He doesn’t take any responsibility after signing the agreement.
They sent a truck for my delivery and my stuff was not in the truck. They sent the wrong person’s stuff. I’ve never seen anything like that in my life. It has been a month and I’m still waiting on these guys’s business partners to take action.
I can definitely say Pricing Van Lines is not being managed by responsible people. They’ll take your money and they will get lost.
Stay away from Pricing Van Lines.

First of all this has been the worst moving experience in my life! I have made a lot of moves but this one has to be the worst of them all. They gave us a quote of 3,900, but on the they of the move they didn't show up. They said their truck broke down and would give us a $300 discount. But the next day when they came it wasn't the pricing van lines, it was a different van lines called cita van lines. Pricing have given the job to a moving company we didn't even book. But all we wanted was for the move to go well. But the cita van line mover charged us extra for gas prices eventhough we had already that money to the pricing company. We were already mad at pricing because they just took the price from 3,900 to 4,400. They also didn't even put the rest of the mattress covers on the mattress. Then after a few days they still hadn't come. Then they called us and said that it would be taking them 2-14 business days. This just was not acceptable for us. They had already made the move worse and now it just keeps getting worse. But actually they came just 3 days later. They unloaded all the items but when we saw each it was all disassembled at their warhorse where they shifted the boxes. We were ok with that but we specifically told the movers that whatever they had disassembled had to be reassembled by them too. But the they didn't assemble everything they left 2 cabinets and said that they didn't know how to do it. We just couldn't after that, we were just so mad at pricing van lines. If we had booked a company which was not a broker (like pricing van lines) we would have had a smoother move. It was our fault for picking a broker because they a scammed and if you are going to move DONT CHOOSE THIS MOVING COMPANY absolute scam!!!

Extremely terrible experience, the company is broker who contracts out moving companies to move your belongings. Not only did I have a lot of trouble with communicating, the company nickel and dimes everything after you’ve already been given a quote. On TOP of that many of items were mistreated, the truck had our $400 tv box UNDERNEATH heavy dish boxes. Our bed frame is irreparable, and I still don’t know all what else broke. The moving people were rude and they scratched up stuff in our new home. Here are some photos of of the more minor damage. I feel lied a deceived by this company, my guess is these reviews on google are fake?

I would not recommend this company.
Used them for out-of-state move. They're a broker.
A long process of repeated over-promising and under-delivering.
$3900 quote for a $4400 move that was so poorly executed that the losses and damages amount to about $8000. They matched me with Atlantic Group out of FL (do anything you can to stay away from them too).
Was promised 3 movers and a 3-5 day turnaround. Got 2 movers on arrival (24 hour delay) and one mover on delivery (hours later two local guys arrived to help unload). My stuff arrived a month later (21 business days later) with two stolen bikes and most of my furniture damaged and the majority of my boxed items damaged as well.
Was offered nothing except a shrug and an opportunity to file a claim through their insurance company (Atlantic wasn't answering or returning calls)
Made a stressful situation even worse and I do not recommend at all.

Having Pricing Van Lines managing my moving across the country was the best decision I’ve made. Their customer service is excellent and they respond really fast with any concerns you may have. Michael was really helpful when it came to understanding my quote and when I have any concerns. They ensured that my pick up went smoothly and when my items will arrive. The price of the move was reasonable too. My items arrived safely. My overall experience was great and I’d definitely use them again.

2024 Update: It has now been a year since Pricing Van Lines ruined countless belongings. I wanted to quickly update this review, because the company still has not taken any responsibility. I have had a year to replace two TVs, repair multiple broken pieces of furniture, sell broken bikes for parts, and buy new dishes. I continue to believe that this is the worst company for moving I have ever dealt with, they were irresponsible and greedy. They could not update us or communicate throughout the entire duration of the moving process and refused to give any compensation for the items that we could prove they broke. I understand that they did not pack boxes, but they did drop a tv on the ground and strap a $2000 bike to the exterior of a truck with equipment that bent the frame and tires. I will continue to say, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
If you read any reviews, please read this one. I will never hire a moving company again after this experience. It took 29 days for us to receive our items, and most of them were broken. Glass pouring out of boxes, plastic heavy-duty bins in pieces, a broken TV, our bikes bent and unusable. Family heirlooms with legs snapped off. This is all after zero communication. We called for weeks for location updates on the truck, delivery updates and all we got was "We will give you a call back." with no follow up. The driver was horrible, he refused to pull into our driveway and screamed in my face that I needed to and get a u-haul to put the stuff into, he asked for a tip twice, then proceeded to tell us that "he unloads once, so good luck". I had to call friends to put everything in cars and drive it the 100 feet to my house. I have never been so angry; this company is a complete joke. I have a laundry list of things that I watched the driver break as he was getting things out of the truck. We have only opened 3 boxes, and it's just horrible. In the picture attached, this is the leg of a family heirloom that I was handed where the driver shrugged and said "oops".

Didn’t use this company for my move and will not after my first impression. Spoke with Mitchell over phone & text to get a pricing quote. Our conversation bothered me and left me uneasy which I felt I needed to share. He spoke to me as if I hadn’t a clue how to tell him what items I needed to be moved, I could tell he was growing more upset as we spoke. I told him about my TV and how he marked it for the bedroom but we had moved to the discussion to the living room and he was so bothered that I had misspoken. His attitude reminded me of Patrick Bateman and he insisted he was right and how I said I had a TV in the bedroom but now I’m saying I had a tv in the living room so I must have two and he’ll need to mark it. I apologized about the confusion but assured I had a singular tv. It was so weird speaking with him it felt so off. He kept emphasizing the word men- “my MEN will load your belongings into the truck, my MEN will travel to your destination, my MEN will unload, my MEN will unload” etc. it made me feel as though I should be able to do this but I had to have “MEN” come move my things for me. He said everything on script but the tone, the attitude was rude, condescending, arrogant and ugly. Fix your tone, Mitchell. It’s the first thing when it comes to selling over the phone to a new lead
