What a fantastic experience! Over 300 people and everything was magical! From entering, to seating. The pre-show was magical and fun. The concession stand was affordable and didn't price gouge you. The same was true for the gift store. They had plenty of choices in various price ranges. The train ride was exciting and fun. Go in your pajamas. Take your family and enjoy a night that you and your family will always remember. Everything is very organized. You will need to be there an hour before departure. It is worth it.
We live an hour a way. The polar express people called me the night before to remind me and explained somethings. This call was a pleasant surprise and really helpful. It helped me plan better. After the train ride, we were famished and got a pizza in the same plaza. They were hoping busy but worth it as well. The polar express is for kids of all ages. I highly recommend.

Such a cute experience for young kids. I think the price point was a little steep for what you get out of it: short train ride, a little singing, interaction with train actors, and hot cocoa with a cookie and a bell. You get to see Santa on the train as he passes and hands out bells to kids. The only reason I give 4/5 stars is because I think the price would have been more reasonable if it were around $25-$30. The actors were great and friendly. Songs were fun. I drove 2 hours and 50 minutes to get to the train and probably will never do it again. But would recommend for people who live about an hour away.

The kids had an absolute BLAST! Definitely fun for the whole family and I very much plan on returning! A ride on The Polar Express amps up the Christmas spirit in all and so worth the price just to see the smile on the kids faces knowing they'll remember this experience forever!

We had a great night but the price for what you get is really too steep. We were in the dining car and it was beautiful and comfortable but the actors were a little corny. It was the first year and it was enjoyable but the North Pole area needs a lot of work. Looked like the local High School put it together. I'm glad I went but once is enough. Enjoyable for little children but prices are too high.

Loved it!! The kids had a great time. The staff were very energetic and cheerful. The actors did a fantastic job with their performance. I can not wait to try it again. I will upgrade to a different car next time. There was plenty of room and the temperature was just right for pajamas.

Tavares had a beautiful center near the train station overlooking the lake. The parking was convenient, with shuttles provided if needed. Upon arrival, they were showing the movie in an event tent set up for this purpose. The train boarded on time. We we're seated in car ten, and had a terrific actor playing the role as conductor. He was friendly and talented. The train was very comfortable and roomy. The trip to the North Pole took about 35 minutes at a very slow pace. It was dark outside, so we enjoyed Christmas lights along the way. The book was read over the speaker system in case anyone wasn't familiar with it. We had our hot chocolate and cookies. On the return ride, the train car enjoyed Christmas carols. The entire experience was about 90 minutes. We really enjoyed our experience and plan to return next year. I would like to Thank the staff for making our holiday just a little more special.
