These guys are amazing! They were so careful and thorough in protecting our antiques and keeping us informed. We had some very challenging furniture as well as tight corners coming up from the basement and they did great. They were real pros when it came to bringing 4 extremely heavy commercial filing cabinets, full of art supplies, downstairs from my second floor art studio as well. First time ever using a moving company and will never do it again! Tried to make things easier for us, but now I feel like we just paid a little over a thousand dollars to get attitude and our belongings ruined.
We had two guys show up and one of the guys was the biggest problem. He got an attitude when they came across a little bit of a struggle getting some of the furniture out of the door.
He then proceeded to drop my brand new couch outside, then went back into our home to call someone with the company, saying that we were being a problem. Once everything was loaded and they left to take it to our new home, I noticed a large piece of my wood furniture broke off and laying in my living room.
Upon arriving at the new house, they seemed upset about having to take some of our furniture down the stairs. They set the heavy wood furniture down on our hardwood floor and then dragged it, leaving numerous scratches. A small chunk was also taken out of our wall. Upon leaving, they didn’t shut the screen door and when my husband went to do it, he noticed it was because they broke it. They left balled up tape everywhere in the old and new house, a half eaten corn dog in my driveway and an empty water bottle (that my husband was still nice enough to offer them) thrown out in front of our new neighbors house. The other friendlier guy kept apologizing to husband on behalf of his co-worker. Absolutely zero respect for our belongings or us!

Terrell, Mark, and Larry were the best movers we could have asked for!!! They took amazing care of all of our belongings and were so speedy with the move. They got us out of our three-bed, two-bath apartment and into our new house in 3 hours which was incredible. Can’t recommend them enough!!

They were so patient with us in kind of wild mess of a move and so polite. Absolutely recommend! And although I hope I NEVER move again, if I do, they’ll be my first call. Thanks so much, fellas!!

Jason and Jake helped today with my move.... I've moved several times in my life and this was absolutely the BEST MOVE AND EASIEST PROCESS I'VE EVER HAD. These two were absolute professionals, fast, attentive to safe handling of my property, and awesome personalities the whole time! They got in done in half the time of my last movers, and had good humor the whole time. Never seen a cleaner process with a move. Highly suggest All My Sons, and especially these 2 if you can request them!! Top notch service!!

I put off writing this review for two months in case I was just unhappy with my experience due to the stress of the move, but it really did not go well.

Bad communication, property and furniture damaged, but technically they moved like 80% of my stuff, so. Can't recommend the company, but if you do choose them, I'd recommend insurance.

When I made the original reservation and provided an inventory, I specifically asked if they would move my large plants that wouldn't fit in my car. They said yes. When we confirmed start time the day before the move, I asked again, and was assured it would be fine. On the day of the move, they said it was against policy and wouldn't do it. Annoying, but fine.

They were also something like four hours later than our scheduled start time. The office called a few minutes after they should have arrived and asked if I'd prefer a three person team, they could be there sooner (at a higher cost). I agreed. But the original two person team arrived hours later. Fine, moves are unpredictable I guess.

They didn't use moving blankets to protect my floors. Both the start and destination are 100 year old houses with original floors that now have scratches and gouges in them. Original door casings have gouges in them from furniture impacts. This is not at all fine.

Furniture was damaged along the way (my fault for not buying more insurance). One of the movers arrived injured, which sucks and I'm sorry that was the case, but when I did the same move two years ago with a different mover it took 2 hours, and this took 5. And the 2 hour move included moving furniture over a balcony, all this one was was stairs. Also the vibes were totally off and they made me feel bad that the move was hard, but one flight of stairs seems like a pretty normal move? Idk.
