Very inefficient management. They prioritize putting orders in the oven for customers that order in the store versus orders that are put in for pick-up with the application. This makes it so you have an approximate wait for when your pick up order is put in, but it is almost always busted by at least 30 minutes causing you to wait in the store for 30 minutes while people who just walk in and order are all getting their placed orders in front of you. They claim the system is to get the food to those in the store quickly, but when you back log your pick up orders people who are doing pick up become people waiting inside the store. It makes no sense and adjustments should be made. Bottom line if you order for pick up with the app make sure you show up 30 minutes after the app says the pizza will be done so you're not waiting.

They do not call out online orders when ready, and allow them to get cold. I even checked in before it was ready and waited nearby, unknowingly watching it sit and get cold. They also oftentimes mix up orders, making you wait 2X as long as they have to re-do your order after waiting 30 minutes already

Once again worst costumer service I ever experienced in my life. Always forgetting the food never call the numbers of the people and they just said sorry.

Took 2 hrs to get the food to me. I called 30 minutes after the email said it delivered. Called and they had said it delivered, never delivered and had to wait another 30 min. Took 2 hrs total to get to me, and it wasn't even hot, very disgusting service. This is 43 dollars for to warm ish pizzas. Absolutely horrible

Rarely disappoints. They use lots of cheese and it's usually always fresh. The people are always friendly. If you order wings is usually fast. Ordering pizza takes a little bit more time especially of its during high peak time.

Horrible customer service and horribly long wait for food. Cashier rang my order up incorrectly, kitchen didn’t make half my order, had to wait over half an hour for two personal pizzas and five wing. Never got the breadsticks, they told me I was lucky I only had to wait half an hour, as some people had to wait up to two hour for their orders. This place is a joke.

Average at best. I understand pizza is greasy, but there was literally puddles of grease on top of my pizza. Plus it’s way over priced and it’s super unhealthy. I suggest going into town and paying half the price for more pizza. You couldn’t pay me to eat at Pizza Hut again.
