Straight downhill since 2021. They got employees playing loud ghetto rap music with cursing. No one knows anything anymore. The isles are full of stuff so can’t get around with a cart. A total mess.

The St Lucie West Home Depot is the best .
Best employees and managers. One of the most cleanest and knowledgeable stores I've been to.
Not to mention they have a sabrett Hot dog stand out in front that's just amazing .

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Veronica from the paint department at Lowe’s for her outstanding customer service. This morning, I was searching for a generator but didn't have my truck with me, so I planned to return later to make my purchase. Unfortunately, by the time I returned, all the generators had sold out due to the storm rush. As I stood by the empty pallet, Veronica noticed me and immediately went above and beyond to help. She diligently searched for more inventory, and once she found one, she went out of her way to track me down and made sure everything worked out smoothly.

This level of dedication and care is exactly why I keep coming back to this Lowe's location. Veronica has helped me on numerous occasions, and each time, she exceeds expectations. It's people like her who truly make a difference and ensure that customers like me always leave satisfied. Thank you, Veronica, for always delivering such exceptional service!

JJ The head cashier took my item because it was ringing up $15 more at the register. I waited 20 minutes for her she never came back, I asked for a manager after 10 minutes and employee told me they were in the store but they were not answering phones. The staff has the matters of a goat. I went across the street to Lowe's and was out in 5 minutes at a better price. Lesson learned Go to Lowe's for now on. Very unprofessional people, JJ shame on you, you treat your customers terribly.

Reserved a Rental Concrete Grinder a week in advance. Had to cancel reservation due to a scheduling issue so I called the store thinking it would be no big deal. So for 45 minutes I listened to the phone ring endlessly, only to be hung up on 4x! Beyond the worst customer service I’ve ever received from a retail store of any kind. Then when u r there, the place is filthy, cluttered aisles, and a staff filled store of nobody to help you except in paint where they are trapped behind a counter. Absolutely horrible unmanaged inmates running the asylum. Enter at your own risk. Where is the district Management? Regional Management? Corporate? Just wow.

It's home depot. You know what to expect. I would advice downloading their app. That way you can find what you're looking for faster. It tells you what isle and section the item you are looking for is located in. Its hard to find people to ask things some times. But over all its not so crowded that you feel cramped.
