The staff were not rude, but they did not seem to know what I was talking about when I asked for a ¢40 stamp (the red fox additional postage). Eventually, when I showed them a picture, they promptly stated they did not carry the stamp without checking. So I instead asked for the Non-machineable Surcharge stamp, which they also did not have.

If i could give this place 0 stars i would, to say the least it is slower then a DMV. the lines are outrageously long and the staff is rude. today a worker took a cart from me when i still had packages on it, but when i had came in earlier looking for one he couldn’t bother to help me at all. Might i add the wait to pickup packages is insane. split into two lines and it does nothing to help. I had come in later yesterday 5 minutes to closing and the worker refused to help me. This place is a living nightmare and i would not recommend it to anyone.

All I am going to say is I was expecting 3 packages when I first arrived. 1 came in no problem the other said it arrived but couldn't be found (my passport) till recently and the other isn't important enough to deal with long lines just to get the run around. I've been here 2 months and all the packages supposedly arrived my first week.

Pick up line is always long, and usually the line to mail packages takes forever too. Packages get lost all the time. The hours are terrible and precisely at the time when I need to be getting kids from school, helping with homework, etc. and don’t have time to spend hours waiting in line. Lines would probably be shorter if they would open before 11:30am.

Received two notifications in my email for my packages. 1 out of the 2 arrived. When I provided the tracking number for my 2nd package, I was told that the barcode was already scanned and picked up. The package was not picked up by me, and neither did I had snyone listed to pick up packages. According to them, my package was given away to someone by mistake.

When they shipped my package one of the glasses in it got broken because the staff didn't put FRAGILE on the package.

Im not sure why it takes them a week to process your mail and send you an email saying its here, I would say because they are short staff but they don't ever hire anyone! All the spouses apply and no-one gets hired but they always complain they're short staff.
